As a Regional HR Manager reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for championing best practice Human Resource management and implementing HR programmes and policies that are aligned in a way that delivers person-centred care and provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasises quality, empowerment, productivity and standards and attainment. £40,000 - £50,000 + £4,000 car allowance
